Food Safety Sanitation through ServSafe® Sanitation Training
Recognized and preferred as the Food Safety Sanitation training course for most states.

ServSafe® Certification

If you have never had a license or your license has expired, you should take the one-day certification course. Upon receipt of your completed registration form and payment, the ORA will send you the new ServSafe® Essentials Coursebook and pre-test. After you have completed the pre-test, you will attend the review course and take the 90 question multiple-choice exam at the appropriate course site. You must make a 75% or greater to pass this test.

ServSafe® Re-Certification
If you have a current Certified Food Service Operators License, according to health department regulations, you must renew it every three years. Check your certificate from your local health department for the expiration date. If it expires soon, you will need to reserve your space in the next available re-certification class. The half-day re-certification class is only offered quarterly. This class is offered with an optional ServSafe® or Oklahoma re-certification exam.

Benefits of the Program
The ServSafe® Sanitation Course is a nationally recognized program which enables you to meet local health department requirements. As an ORA member, you can receive discounts on ServSafe® video training materials and course books.

One Day Certification
We know you are busy, so we designed our course to take only one day. We have packed it with important information and an exam that earns you industry-acknowledged national
certification. The certification courses are held from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Lunch is provided. The last hour of the class is dedicated to taking the necessary exam. You must make 75% or greater to pass the test. Completed exams will be sent immediately to the National Restaurant Association's Educational Foundation for grading. Participants are notified of passage and receive their certificates by mail.

How To Register
CLICK HERE to find the ServSafe® date of your choice and register. As soon as we receive your registration and payment we will send you the course book and pre-test so you may study prior to the session. Our food sanitation class is compact and fast moving. You will want to take the opportunity for home study to help pass the test. Also, space is limited in each class and courses have been filling quickly. We recommend that you register at least two weeks prior to attending to allow time for shipping and study.

Languages Available
Although the class is taught in English, the textbook is available in Spanish and Chinese. The test is available in Spanish, Korean, Chinese, French Canadian, Japanese and large print. Call us at least one month in advance to be sure we have the test in stock for the language you need.

In-House Seminars
Your organization may be better served with an in-house seminar. With a group of 12-15 people, an in-house seminar could make it cost effective for you. Call Rick Hughes at (405) 942-8181, (800) 375-8181, or call Anita Austin at (405) 942-8181, (800) 375-8181.
