Card and Payroll Processing Heartland Brandon Howe, HR/Payroll Processing Division Manager - 405-317-2337
The partnership between the ORA and Heartland Payment Systems continues to prosper. Added to the ORA's endorsed Heartland products in 2002 was a payroll processing program. The two programs together have serviced over 300 ORA members who have taken advantage of the processing discounts and quality service. These statewide programs are supported by five Relationship Managers. Benefits of utilizing Heartland Payment Systems as your bankcard processor include:
Program discounted rates and transaction fees for VISA/MasterCard
Additional rate reductions for multi-unit operators
Local Relationship Manager to respond quickly to quotes, issues and questions
Pass through cost of all mid- and non-qualified transactions, which include manually entered transactions, corporate cards or foreign visas
No application, reprogramming, annual or hidden fees
In addition to the payroll processing program, ORA members have the benefit of the Heartland PayDay employee payroll card. The card is primarily targeted to employees that do not have a current banking relationship, and employers reduce expenses by offering it because it eliminates check issuing and handling costs along with lowering the risk of check fraud.
Heartland delivers fast, secure omni channel payment processing and business solutions to more than 400,000 business locations nationwide. Product offerings include payments, payroll, point of sale, customer engagement and lending. Heartland pioneered the Merchant Bill of Rights, a public advocacy initiative to educate merchants about fair payment processing practices.
