ServSafe Alcohol
The ServSafe Alcohol® Training program is developed by the National Restaurant Association and experts who have direct experience with the risks involved in serving alcohol. Our connection to the foodservice industry provides insights that help prepare you for difficult situations.

The materials help define responsible alcohol service best practices because we involve specialists in regulatory agencies, law, insurance, medicine, law-enforcement, restaurants and academia to create them. ServSafe Alcohol materials reflect scientific research in an easy-to-understand format.

Effective October 1, 2018 first-time applicants applying for an employee license with the Oklahoma ABLE Commission will be required to attend an ABLE-approved training course no later than fourteen (14) days after initial licensure. Proof of training completion shall be made available for inspection by the ABLE Commission at the business location employing the licensee.

  4. At the end of the course, CLICK “Take the ServSafe Alcohol Examination” (you must complete the course prior)
  5. ENTER Exam Access Code from your purchase confirmation email in the field provided 
  6. CLICK “Continue” to start exam

The first dinner will be Thursday, July 18 at The Bond in Tulsa, and the second dinner will be Thursday, July 25 at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel in Oklahoma City. The goal of ORA Academy is to offer continuing education and professional development to particular demographics of ORA’s membership, specifically Management/Front-of-the-House training and Culinary/Back-of-the-House education. With the exception of the April Academy, all Management sessions will be from 9-11 am and Culinary sessions will be from 1-3 pm, and each session will be $25.
