ServSafe Food Handler


Is this course Mandatory or Voluntary?
ServSafe Food Handler is an encouraged course, however is not mandated in Oklahoma.

In Oklahoma, some counties or municipalities do mandate that one manager or server per restaurant property be a Certified Food Manager (CFM). For this course and certification, you want to enroll for ServSafe Manager.
