What is ServSafe Workplace?

ServSafe Workplace is a comprehensive suite of training programs rooted in the cultural and social issues affecting today’s restaurant and hospitality work environments. This new product line focuses on mitigation and management of issues associated with the work and safety of employees and will assist in strengthening every establishment’s stance against harassment in the workplace.

ServSafe Workplace equips employees and managers with training to help manage emerging risks and advance the positive culture of the foodservice and hospitality industries. These programs will combine online training to create consistent messaging while providing additional free resources such as break room posters, videos, and discussion guides to reinforce key training points.

20th Odyssey de Culinaire Dinners Set for July 11 and 20

Join us for the 20th Anniversary of Odyssey de Culinaire! Celebrate 20 years of supporting Oklahoma's ProStart program and bolsterting Oklahoma's hospitality workforce! The first dinner will be Tuesday, July 11 at The River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa, and the second dinner will be Thursday, July 20 at the Skirvin Hilton Hotel in Oklahoma City. We hope to see you at one or both of these unique dinners benefitting the Oklahoma ProStart® program!
