Types of Membership
Whether you're an independent or multi-unit foodservice operator; or you provide products or services to the foodservice industry; or you represent a school, hospital or nursing home; or you operate a Bed & Breakfast; or you’re currently enrolled in graduate or undergraduate culinary or hospitality programs, ORA membership is for you!

The ORA truly looks after its own and offers many programs that provide immediate benefits such as programs for the purchase of natural gas, credit card processing, workers' compensation or group health insurance and so much more. Membership Types
  • Restaurant
    Restaurant members represent tableservice, quickservice, on-site foodservice, cafeterias, and more. This would includes independent and/or multi-unit foodservice operators.
  • Allied
    Allied members represent any company, including industry suppliers, distributors, and/or consultants, that supplies goods and services to the industry.
  • Non-Commercial
    Allied members include non-commercial foodservice facilities like schools, vo-techs, colleges/universities, hospitals, nursing homes, prisons, military foodservice establishments, assisted living centers, etc.
  • Bed & Breakfast
    Bed & Breakfast members includes owners/operators of small lodging establishments that offers overnight accommodation and breakfast.
  • Student
    Student membership is open to students currently enrolled in OK hospitality and culinary undergraduate or graduate programs. Call to join.

The ORA Expo also features the informative education and networking, as well as the annual ORA Culinary Cook-off and the ORA Cocktail Shakedown.

Tickets for Thirst for a Cause, an annual event raising funds to help with urgent medical expenses for members of Oklahoma's hospitality industry, are now available for purchase. Stay tuned- There will be an even better line-up than last year! This is THE best wine tasting event of the year! Nowhere else will you be able to meet this many vintners, taste this many great wines, and sample this much amazing food under one roof - right here in OKC!

The goal of ORA Academy is to offer continuing education and professional development to particular demographics of ORA’s membership, specifically Management/Front-of-the-House training and Culinary/Back-of-the-House education. With the exception of the April Academy, all Management sessions will be from 9-11 am and Culinary sessions will be from 1-3 pm, and each session will be $25.
